Your license is intended to support typical academic use. In cases of higher-than-expected activity, you may be prompted to purchase a standalone student Veras license for continued, unlimited access. Chaos reserves the right to apply and adjust such limitations in its sole discretion.
Educational License Policy
Our student licenses are strictly for educational use. Students are therefore encouraged to register using their official university or school email address, which helps us verify eligibility
If we detect misuse (e.g., non-students using educational licenses or no appropriate confirmation of student status), we reserve the right to automatically and retroactively upgrade the license to an annual commercial one and charge the full associated fee. Misuse of educational licenses is a breach of our terms and may result in account suspension or legal action.
