There is no need to download it from anywhere. Chaos Cosmos is a built-in library inside Chaos Vantage, V-Ray 5 or later, and Chaos Corona 8 or later. The Chaos Cosmos Browser is launched from within your Chaos product. Once launched, you can browse through the various categories of 3D models to download your desired asset with many sorting options. Cosmos also has a search function where you can search on asset characteristics such as object type, space, color, publisher, etc.

Each Chaos product imports Cosmos assets as best suits their users. In the case of V-Ray for 3ds Max and Maya, an imported Cosmos asset is a V-Ray Proxy object that uses native V-Ray materials.
In SketchUp and Rhino, the Cosmos asset begins as a “black box” reference that can be merged to become a V-Ray Proxy for editing. In Revit, Cosmos assets import as lightweight native Revit families and can also be used to replace other objects. In Cinema 4D, a Cosmos asset imports as an "Object" with all materials applied. To import the full geometry in the scene, the Cosmos object needs to be made "editable".
In Chaos Vantage, the Cosmos asset is a reference that is always extracted from the local Cosmos repository.
In Chaos Corona for 3ds Max and Cinema 4D, Cosmos assets import as Corona Proxy objects and their materials load as native Corona materials.
Chaos Cosmos is currently included in V-Ray 5 for Revit and above, V-Ray 5 for 3ds Max and above, V-Ray 5 for SketchUp and above, and V-Ray 5 for Rhino and above, V-Ray 5 for Cinema 4D and above, V-Ray 5 for Maya and above, Chaos Corona 8 and above, and Chaos Vantage.
