On May 23, Konkuk University will host our annual CGK Day. Chaos Group's team, together with leading Korean industry experts, will cover all the latest in developments V-Ray for architecture, design, and media and entertainment. Then at V-Ray SketchUp Day Busan on May 25 Chaos Group will meet Korea’s enthusiastic SketchUp community in Busan. This exclusive event will feature an overview of V-Ray 3 for SketchUp’s ground-breaking features, and a masterclass on its powerful visualization workflows. And on May 26 at V-Ray GPU Day at Tongmyong University, our team will focus on the advances which have transformed V-Ray RT GPU into a powerful production renderer. We’ll use Tongmyong University’s renderfarm for a live demonstration of its latest developments.

Later this month, Chaos Group will tour Denmark with two free days of presentations, demonstrations and networking opportunities.

We’ll begin on May 16 at 3D Connection in Copenhagen, and then travel to Filmbyen Århus on May 18.

In the morning at both events, our CG specialist Yavor Stoykov will demonstrate the power and ease of use of V-Ray for Rhino, SketchUp, Revit and 3ds Max. In the afternoon, Yavor will present a BIM masterclass based on architect Christensen&Co’s slick redesign of Copenhagen’s K. B. Hall.

On May 16, Chaos Group will host its debut V-Ray Day in France. We’ve invited some of the biggest names in architecture to join us. Daniel Hutubise from Renzo Piano Building Workshop will explain how V-Ray for Revit has transformed his workflow, and Cyril Lancelin and Romain Gauthier of Wilmotte & Associés Architectes will explain their approach to big projects. And we'll welcome Grasshopper guru Arthur Mamou-Mani for a must-see presentation on rendering in parametric design and fabrication.

Essential European digital arts festival FMX returns in May this year—and Chaos Group will be there! On May 3, we’ll host yet another V-Ray Day filled with four hours of engaging presentations, including a special live CG Garage podcast with Labs creative director Chris Nichols and our co-founder Vlado, plus Dabarti Studio director Tomasz Wyszolmirski. Scanline VFX will present work from “Independence Day: Resurgence,” and the award-winning French team of Unit Image will show-off the amazing "For Honor" trailer. Find out how to create stunning arch viz imagery at this hands-on masterclass, part of Design Morphine’s Visual Machine 2.0. Chaos Group’s Yavor Stoykov will teach you how to make the most of the incredible tools in V-Ray 3.5 for 3ds Max. He’ll show how Interactive Production Rendering, Live VR Rendering and the interactive features in the Frame Buffer in Active Shade mode can speed up decisions and create eye-popping renders.

Chaos Group will serve as Global Gold Sponsor of this indispensable BIM training event. Malaysia and Singapore will host a V-Ray Masters in Class day each. These paid-for events will teach you how to use V-Ray to create photoreal imagery, and participants who pass the exam at the end will become V-Ray Certified Professionals.

Chaos Group will make a big splash in Amman with its first ever V-Ray Day in Jordan.

The event has been organized with our partner Omniplan, and made possible by the support of the Greater Amman Municipality.

We’ll begin the day with sessions on V-Ray for Revit, Rhino and SketchUp. In the afternoon, we’ll demonstrate how V-Ray is used in VFX, animation and advertising with presentations on V-Ray 3.4 for Maya, and Phoenix FD 3 for 3ds Max and Maya.

The event will take place at Al Hussein Cultural Center, Amman - Ras al-Ein.
