For everyone’s health and safety, we’ve decided to cancel Total Chaos this year. We were looking forward to seeing everyone, but we know this is the right thing to do for our staff and community.

I bought a ticket to Total Chaos, will I get a full refund?
Yes. Your ticket will be refunded in full. Please allow a few weeks for processing.

What happens with my travel arrangements?
Please contact your travel provider directly. With the current circumstances worldwide, many hotels and airlines are waiving change and cancellation fees. We’re sorry for the inconvenience that this might cause.

Will Total Chaos 2020 become an online event?
No. We feel Total Chaos is best as an in-person community event, but we’ll continue to share customer stories and product news throughout the year in other ways.

Total Chaos’ Art, Craft and Code tracks will run in parallel in the main halls of the John Atanasoff building. Masterclasses and Certification sessions will be held the day before in the adjacent Innovation Center.
