Alessio Vittori is a designer who has made architectural design and visualization his life path. He earned a bachelor's degree in design in 2019 and then a master's degree in Lighting Design, through which he delves into the topic of light not only in the real world, but also in the field of digital visualization. During his degree, in addition to polygonal and nurbs modeling, he particularly tackled the area of parametric modeling, which expanded his background in three-dimensional modeling. Finally, he specializes post-graduate with several courses in Digital and Parametric Modeling, Post-production and Digital Painting. He has been working for several years with many studios in the field of architectural design and visualization, as a 3D artist, product designer and interior designer.
Angela Concetta Raimo, young architect, graduated with honors in Architecture at the University Federico II of Naples. In the first years of university she approaches the world of CAD design, three-dimensional modeling and rendering. She deepens her studies by following specific courses dedicated to 3D modeling and printing, architectural visualization with the courses of the instructor Vray Ciro Sannino and continues the training specializing in post-production for the Archiviz at SOA Academy. She collaborates as render artist for several architectural firms and acquires experience in teaching CAD courses for some public bodies and design studios.
Architect with 18 years of experience. Immediately after graduating, he joined a French engineering company BEG Ingegnerie Italia which was involved in the design and construction of shopping centers, offices and logistics. In addition to his normal activity of design, Alessandro began to deal with architectural presentations by creating the first models and renderings to be included in the project presentations. After 10 years Alessandro became a freelance architect and started a whole series of collaborations with small studios or other professionals dealing on their behalf with 3d modeling and rendering mainly of architectural projects but also of products. In 2019 he started collaborating with the Veneto Formazione high school where he held interior design courses with 3dsMax and V-Ray. Currently Alessandro teaches the SketchUp course with V-Ray. The course approach is geared towards teaching a workflow oriented to the real profession by analyzing and developing specific case studies of the profession of architect / surveyor /engineer.
Stefano is an Architect with 25 years of experience in CG Architectural Visualization. His passion for computer graphics started immediately after graduating from high school and began working with big architectural firms very early on, specializing in visualizations for top spending clients. He had the opportunity to work on very challenging projects all over the world and that gave him a strong background and deep knowledge with many CG softwares. The desire to share this knowledge gave birth to 3D Render and Beyond, and is the first official V-Ray Licensed Trainer certified by Chaos for V-Рay for Cinema4D.
Viola is an Architect with a love for technology and software. More than 15 years ago became one of Stefano Strika’s first students and since then has helped making rendering accessible internationally by being bilingual and creating content in both English and Italian. She has been using V-Ray for Cinema4D since it first came out and loves putting together courses/ tutorials that can always bring new options to your workflow. Together with Stefano Strika they founded 3D Render and Beyond in 2015 and are the first official V-Ray Licensed Trainers certified by Chaos for V-Ray for Cinema4D.
Ciro Sannino started his career working with V-Ray and photorealistic renders and was totally in love with the idea of creating images that carried the excitement of a photograph's light. He decided to strengthen his training by studying photography and graduating in process design. With the combination academic training and his photographic vision, he created the 5SRW method, a workflow to produce renderings entirely based on the photographic approach. He became the first official V-Ray Licensed Trainer certified by Chaos Group and published the book "Photography & Rendering with V-Ray", which has been translated into 3 languages. Ciro is today the project manager at Learnvray.com — available in 8 languages — and he continues to give master classes and workshops worldwide.
Davide is an architect who founded his own agency, Arkimera, with Francesco Della Valle in 2009 in Rimini, Italy. After years of designing projects and collaborations with Italian companies such as Antoniolupi, Pianca and Olivieri he founded 3D Graphic Academy. An important Italian 3D viz academy with online and on-site classes for architects, interior designers and students. Davide's approach to teaching is characterized by his love for natural light in architecture and his photography skills. He also developed a new theory in teaching arch-viz : the "contenitore e contenuto". It means that in every image there is a container-side and an inner-side, either it is an exterior view or it is an interior view. He personally creates the contents of the Advanced and Master classes.
Since 2002 Filippo works as CAD instructor for FormaMentis Milano, developing his own freelance career as a 3D Consultant and 3D Artist. From 2007 as Authorized Rhinoceros Trainer is now a teacher in 3D modeling and rendering inside both interior design and product design courses in POLI.design, NABA, and IED.
His journey with 3D comes from the passion for gaming. Francesco attended the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) specializing in "Digital & Virtual Design", and soon after he attended the second course of Rainbow Academy "3D Digital Production", becoming a 3D Generalist. Now is more than three years since Francesco is 3D Generalist in Rainbow Academy and he's in charge of 3D products and technical support of the school. He has specialized in Texturing and Lighting and he is also Substance Painter and Lighting teacher in Rainbow Academy.
The passion for architecture and computer graphics took Gianpiero to look for new ways to represent through images the designers and archtects’ ideas. After some work experiences in Italy, in 2007 he started working as Project Lead Artist for the well-known English Studio Hayes Davidson. There, he created images for Renzo Piano Building Workshop, Kohn Pedersen Fox, John Pawson, David Chipperfield, Hamiltons Architects and West8. In 2009, together with Roberto and Manuela, he set up State of Art and became Managing Director. Gianpiero is V-Ray Professional User since 2005 and V-Ray Licensed Instructor since 2012. He is now working on the research and development to implement educational courses on Virtual Reality at SoA Academy.
With a long international experience gained working in Multi-site companies like Framestore, MPC, Double Negative at several projects like Pirates of the Caribbean 5, Fantastic Four, Jungle Book and Terminator Genesys besides many commercials in the field of the VFX, he joined the Rainbow CGI Team in 2016 with good knowledge of modeling, texturing/shading and lighting besides many rendering engines. His attention to details and passion on his work lead to a very high quality final frame and give a plus on the deliveries.
Massimo Cafarella is graduated in Architectural Engineering, but he devoted himself to 3D graphics since 1990 during university studies. Now is an official trainer for most popular companies like Autodesk®, Maxon® and Trimble®(for Sketchup). When he does not teach, he works as a 3D artist in rendering productions.
Mauro Baldssera is a really enthusiastic artist. Video game cinematics, movies, commercials and video clips have been my passion and my job for more than 20 years , in Italy and abroad. Before to found Skyup Academy I had experiences of great impact for me, such as working for Weta Digital, Animal Logic, Method StudiosTaxfreefilm and other excellent companies. Now I'm the supervisor and the main teacher of Vray at the CGI Masterclass at Skyup Academy.
Michele Parente is an architect graduated cum laude from the University Federico II of Naples and an expert in 3D architectural visualization. In his career he has worked as a render artist with several major architectural firms both in Italy and abroad, mainly in the UK, and has taught over 50 classroom and online courses on 3D modeling in partnership with several training centers in Naples. Among his titles are 3D Studio Max Certified Professional and SketchUp Certified Specialist.
Pietro is a certified teacher Sketchup | Architect, an expert in 3D modeling. He is in charge of the Sin Tesi 3D laboratory and teacher of the workshop "Communicating space and architecture" at the 1st and 2nd faculties of Architecture at the Turin Polytechnic. Since 1999 he has been an external consultant of the most famous Italian ateliers as a 3D designer, graphic designer, and coordinator of work groups for the three-dimensional rendering and communication of the project.
Raffaele was born in Avellino in 1985. He graduated at Sapienza – Università di Roma with a degree in Architecture. Author and Editor, he writes the book “V-Ray – Guida Definitiva” and he is the responsible for the “3ds Max Universe” and “V-Ray Universe” for the magazine “Computer Grafica - Tecniche e Applicazioni” (CGT&A) edited by Imago Edizioni. His professional activity is for Architecture, with the great passion for Computer Graphics and Photography. He teaches at the “RUFA – Rome University of Fine Art” and “Rainbow Academy” in Rome as an Autodesk Certified Professional Instructor for 3ds Max.
Riccardo has been an arch-viz and design trainer for more than 10 years, with extensive experience in Autodesk 3ds Max and V-Ray. He is the coordinator of the Braveart school of computer graphics, where he also supervises the teaching of arch-viz. He has collaborated with the Braveart Team in creating the Official Italian Guide to 3ds Max and V-Ray.
Salvatore Giordano is a 29 years old architect and he mainly works on projects at local and international level, in particular on 3D models and renders. He graduated in Architecture at the University Federico II of Naples after which he attended several courses of Archviz and became Autodesk and V-Ray Certified Professional. During his studies he specialized mostly in architectural visualization, acquiring specific knowledge on the use of a wide range of architectural representation and graphic production programs that are combined with a strong passion for photography and 3d drawing.
After his studies in Architecture and Design University in Rome he specialized on 3D Graphics and landed at Rainbow CGI in 2014 in the Surfacing Department, where he specialized in the creation of Digital Asset with Texturing and Shading with valuable ability in Matte Painting. A keen communicator with excellent and problem solving skills, can handle variations in work pressure. He's a Rainbow Academy teacher.
Thomas, has been working for more than 20 years in the field of Architecture Visualization. Founder of DAS3D Visualization (www.das3d.ch) is Training Coordinator of INRENDER for advanced computer graphics courses Architecture Visualization and Design Visualization. Artist and Computer Graphics Teacher by vocation, he is Certified Trainer for 3ds Max and V-Ray for 3ds Max and Rhino 3D.
