Join us for a day of incredible V-Ray for SketchUp presentations at Design8 bv’s SketchUp 3D Basecamp. CG pro Yana Andreeva will demonstrate the powerful new features of V-Ray 3.6 for SketchUp, and show you how to create immersive interior and exterior scenes. You’ll also have a chance to find out about VRscans, Chaos Group’s breath-taking material scanning technology.
On November 23, Chaos Group will visit Belgrade, Serbia, for an exciting day of V-Ray-related presentations and activities.
In the morning, we’ll cover V-Ray for arch viz, including the newest features of V-Ray for SketchUp and V-Ray for Revit. We’ll finish up just before lunch with a masterclass in V-Ray for 3ds Max.
From 2pm, we’ll delve into V-Ray for VFX, including V-Ray for Maya, and an overview of Phoenix, our fluid dynamics software. Guest presenter Djordje Ilic will demonstrate how he used VRscans and 3ds Max for his stunning Porsche project, and we’ll close the day with some well-deserved cocktails.

We’ve become a staple of distributor Bluegfx’s annual expo — and this year we’re bringing along an impressive lineup. Prime Focus World’s Sean Feeney will talk about bringing toys to life via V-Ray for fully CG TV show LEGO Chima. After the presentation, you can pitch questions to Prime Focus World’s Creative Head John Harvey.
Chaos Group’s CG specialist Atanas Tudzharov will also demonstrate the complex scenes Maya and V-Ray 3.6 for Maya are capable of creating, making use of optimized geometry, proxy objects, the denoiser and render elements. He’ll also delve into the untapped power of V-Ray RT GPU via a project by GPU expert Dabarti.

Chaos Group's Kalina Panteleeva will be a guest presenter at Przyszłość Tworzenia 2.0 - the 15th anniversary conference, which our partners from PCC Polska are hosting in their home town Wroclaw. Kalina will host two masterclass-grade presentations - one of collaborative visualization using V-Ray in Revit and 3ds Max at the Architecture and Visualization track, followed by a special on animation-focused multiplatform workflows with V-Ray.
On October 7 we are coming back to Jordan, bringing our trademark V-Ray Day as an official part of this year's Amman Design Week.
Along with our partners Omniplan we will combine special guest presentations with extended masterclasses on V-Ray 3.6 for 3ds Max and Maya, V-Ray 3.5 for Revit, the groundbreaking new V-Ray 3.6 for SketchUp and Rhino and cross-platform workflows for AEC and Design. The afternoon VFX & animation sessions will be focusing on V-Ray 3.6 for Maya and NUKE, as well as Phoenix FD 3, and add a pinch of advanced GPU rendering. Following on October 8 we will be hosted by Omniplan Training at the exclusive V-Ray Masters Day with a day-long hands-on workshop, dedicated to mastering V-Ray for 3ds Max.
Our partners ProGrupa are organizing a special 3-day session of their Warsztaty Wizualizacji at ArchiDay - the annual architecture and design conference within Poland's biggest interior Expo - Warsaw Home Expo. Chaos Group's Yana Andreeva will join the 3-day workshop in Warsaw with will likely be the first public preview of the coming V-Ray 3.6 for SketchUp. In the following two days she will also hold two special training sessions, based on Arch. Radoslaw Poplawski's Corten House and David Santos' Sarmiento Museum. You will also be able to meet Yana and ProGrupa's dedicated tech specialists at ProGrupa's booth at archiDay's expo area, and ask them everything you need to know on everything V-Ray and visualization-related.
