“Chaos Win-back Campaign”
PARTICIPATION IN THE CHAOS WIN-BACK CAMPAIGN IS FOR ALL V-RAY AND PHOENIX SUBSCRIPTION LICENSE HOLDERS WHOSE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED BETWEEN JANUARY 1, 2020 AND JUNE 30, 2021.
I. CHAOS WIN-BACK EMAIL CAMPAIGN
1. The organizer of the promo campaign is "CHAOS SOFTWARE LTD" Ltd., UIC 204662149, with head office and address: Mladost 1A, bl. 548, ent. B, Sofia 1729, Bulgaria ("Organizer").
2. The Organizer's decision to hold the CHAOS WIN-BACK CAMPAIGN (“Promo Campaign”) under these rules is final and binding on the Organizer.
II. GIVEAWAY CAMPAIGN DURATION
3. The period during which V-Ray and Phoenix clients can take advantage of the promo offers in the promo campaign starts on 01.09.2021 with a start time of 12:00 PM (EEST) and will continue until 30.09.2021 with an end time of 23:00 PM (EEST) unless there is a change according to paragraph 20.
III. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMO ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN
4. Territory: EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific), except for the countries where the Organizer may decide not to offer its products, as whole range or particular products only.
IV. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CHAOS WIN-BACK PROMO EMAIL CAMPAIGN
5. Chaos subscription license holders whose annual subscriptions expired between January 1 2020 and June 30 2021, haven’t purchased another V-Ray or Phoenix license in the meantime, and have given permission to receive marketing promotional messages from Chaos Group are eligible to take advantage of the 15% discount promo codes offered to them via email as long as they are eligible according to section III and have followed the rules in section V. If a potential client has not subscribed to marketing promotions, the Organizer’s team would not be able to reach such clients and offer them the personalized complements mentioned in the previous stipulation, which is why this Promo Campaign’s eligibility criteria explicitly exclude Phoenix and V-Ray customers who have not subscribed to receive Chaos Group promotional offers via email messages.
The promo code is an intuitu personae, and cannot be transferred to, assigned to, or otherwise provided to a third party which does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Participant. No such third parties are entitled to benefit or otherwise enjoy under the Promo Campaign any rights whatsoever.
6. Participants are not required to be citizens of or reside on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
7. By participating in the promo campaign you expressly consent to Chaos Software Ltd.'s collection, processing and use of your personal information that you provide in connection with this promotion under the terms of Chaos Software Ltd.'s privacy policy, which can be accessed at /privacy.
V. RULES OF THE CHAOS WIN-BACK PROMO ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN
9. All eligible for the campaign V-Ray and Phoenix clients, as described in section IV, will receive an email from Chaos Group with a personal discount code for 15% off new subscription licenses.
Eligible clients can use their personal discount code once to make V-Ray and Phoenix purchases on the Chaos Group online store or via a preferred Chaos Group partner. Please refer to the list below to see all Chaos Group partners from the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific), which decided to participate in this campaign:
The discount code must be used between September 7, 2021 and September 30, 2021.
The discount code is personal and can only be used one time.
The discount code applies to V-Ray and Phoenix annual licenses.
10. The Organizer reserves the right at all times at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promo campaign and these Terms, in whole or in part, including but not limited to, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer that interferes with the proper conduct of the promotion campaign as contemplated by these Terms, including, without limitation, any error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause.
VI. PUBLICITY OF THE CHAOS WIN-BACK PROMO ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN AND USE OF THE INFORMATION
11. These terms and conditions will be publicly available and available for the entire duration of the giveaway campaign on the Organizer's website at: /win-back-campaign/terms where everyone interested should become acquainted with them.
VII. LOSS OF RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMO CAMPAIGN
12. Each of the clients is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by him/her in connection with his/her participation in the promo campaign. The Organizer has the right to deprive any person of participation in the promo campaign in case of violation or suspicion of violation of any of the conditions of these GTC or attempted fraud.
VIII. PERSONAL DATA
13. The data of all Clients will be stored by Chaos Software Ltd. in a database, subject to the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR. For more information about the processing of your personal data, please read our privacy policy here: /privacy.
IX. TERMINATION
14. The Organizer has the irrevocable right to change the terms or terminate the promo campaign at any time by announcing it on its website at /win-back-campaign/terms.
X. FINAL PROVISIONS
15. The Organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to amend and supplement these terms and conditions, and for this purpose, the changes should be announced and accessible to all Clients in accordance with Section VI. Publicity of the promo campaign.
16. Any change in the deadlines of this promo campaign will be duly published on the Organizer's website at /win-back-campaign/terms.
17. These Terms and Conditions are approved and accepted by an Authorized Representative of Chaos Software Ltd.. The applicable law is the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, and any and all disputes regarding the campaign, including but not limited to seeking remedies such as preliminary injunction, will be brought to the exclusive jurisdiction of the functionally competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
