With the following privacy notice Chaos Software, UIC 131375768, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Republic of Bulgaria (“Chaos Software”, “We”, “The Company”) provides information about the personal data, which may be processed in the course of refunding our clients for the cancelation of the Total Chaos event due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
What personal data do we collect for the refund?

For what purposes do we process your data?
The personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of refunding our clients for the cancelation of the Total Chaos event due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Do we share your personal information with third parties?
Your personal data will be shared only with our partners from Neuvents (https://neuvents.com/privacy) who initially processed the ticket payments. Your personal data will not be shared outside the EU and we have ensured that Neuevents follow the highest possible care and fully respect the applicable data protection legislation.
