By sending a request for joining this Chaos Campaign and/or using a special price discount voucher of up to 100% (“Promo Code”) on future downloads of Products (among those for which Your Educational Institution currently have active V-Ray or Phoenix FD university licenses), You and Your users agree to these terms and conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions such as Chaos EULA, Privacy Policy, and the like, as may be referred to in either of those documents, subject to acceptance prior or following download of a Promo Code Product. 

Eligibility: Promo Codes are available ONLY to students and professors (“users”) enrolled in an academic program at Educational Institutions (“You”) that currently have active V-Ray or Phoenix FD university licenses, e.g. our university customers or professors teaching the V-Ray classes at the same Universities. Users will be required to subscribe with their official email address ensured by Your organization. Promo Codes will offer up to 100% discount only for Products that are available in the university's labs (“Promo Code Product”). *

* Example: if You have active V-Ray for SketchUp university licenses only, students will be able to download only V-Ray for SketchUp student/educator licenses from our store with up to 100% discount. One license per student/educator, per product, is allowed.

Campaign Period of Validity: from 25.03.2020 through 30.06.2020, subject to change, from time to time, upon Chaos discretion.

Promo Codes Period of Validity: Promo Codes will expiry (“End Date”) in 365 days starting from the starting day of the promo, but in no case no later than the end of the COVID-19 outbreak; unless otherwise indicated on the Chaos license server section; in a general notice published to public on www.chaosgroup.com/distance-learning; or elsewhere, with or without prior notice, upon Chaos discretion. As of the End Date, Promo Code Products will be available for future use under the entitlement level available for such Products prior to the Promo Code enforcement. Any content created will be accessible by users, subject to the restrictions based on their storage entitlement.

Chaos Group will generate Promo Codes for Chaos's Online Store that will offer up to 100% discount on specific Chaos Products that You chose to be licensed for, and You currently have valid, active licenses of the selected Products. Promo Codes will be shared with Universities' (including but not limited to, Your) IT admins or educators, who will, on their end, distribute them to users. As a reminder, if a Promo Code is assigned to a student(s) where local laws require parental consent, You and Your personnel are responsible for obtaining any required parental permissions before allowing such student(s) to use the Promo Code(s).
