PARTICIPATION IN THE CHAOS APRIL PROMO CAMPAIGN IS FOR ALL CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE A NEW ANNUAL V-RAY OR PHOENIX LICENSE (EXCL. ANNUAL LICENSES FOR  EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS) BETWEEN APRIL 11, 10:00 AM EEST AND APRIL 26, 10:00 AM EEST.

I. CHAOS APRIL PROMO CAMPAIGN

1. The organizer of the promo campaign is "CHAOS SOFTWARE LTD" EOOD., UIC 204662149, with head office and address: 145 Tsarigradsko shose Blvd., Sofia Office Center, 12th floor, Sofia Bulgaria, 1784 ("Organizer", “Chaos” or “We”).

2. Under the rules of the Chaos April Promo Campaign (“Promo Campaign”) any eligible customer who purchases an annual commercial V-Ray or Phoenix license (excl. Annual licenses for Educational products) (“Promo Product(s)”) will have the right to use the 20% off promo code, as further regulated by the terms and conditions hereby. 

II. CAMPAIGN DURATION

3. The period during which Chaos clients can take advantage of the Promo Campaign starts on 11.04.2023 with a start time of 10:00 AM (EEST) and will continue until 26.04.2023 with an end time of 10:00 AM (EEST) unless there is a change according to paragraph 13. 

III. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMO ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN

4. Territory: worldwide, except for the countries where the Organizer may decide not to offer its products, as whole range or particular products only.

IV. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE APRIL PROMO CAMPAIGN

5. Any customer (“Participant(s)”) who purchases a Promo Product in the timeframe set in section II will have the right to benefit from the Promo Campaign and use the 20% off promo code as long as they are eligible according to section III and have followed the rules in section V. The Promo Campaign does not apply to active licenses, any active license compliance cases related to Chaos and/or renewals.

6. Participants are not required to be citizens of or reside on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

7. By participating in the Promo Campaign Participants expressly consent to Organizer's collection, processing and use of their personal information that they have voluntarily provided in connection with this Promo Campaign under the terms of Organizer's privacy policy, which can be accessed at https://www.chaos.com/privacy.

V. RULES OF THE CHAOS APRIL PROMO CAMPAIGN

8. We are offering 20% off the 1st year of any Promo Product that will be purchased during the period of the Promo Campaign set forth hereby. The discount can be claimed via a single promo code that Participants will apply manually at checkout on the Chaos website. The offer only applies to new licenses for Promo Products. It does not apply to renewals, upgrades and annual licenses for educational products.

Eligible Licenses of Promo Products: V-Ray Solo, V-Ray Premium, V-Ray Enterprise, Chaos Phoenix.

The Promo code that provides 20% off to all licenses described above is: APRIL20. 

Eligible Participants can use the promo discount code APRIL20 to make purchases on the Chaos website. They can also take advantage of the discount by reaching out to their preferred Chaos partner. Please see below the list of all Chaos partners who decided to participate in the campaign.
