Visualization futurist and award-winning artist, Lon Grohs, oversees Chaos US and the Chaos Creative team. He founded Chaos Labs in 2014 to explore the potential of visualization technology with designers and industry leaders through collaborative research projects. Lon is a lifetime advocate of the art and science of architectural visualization and serves on the board of the American Society of Architectural Illustrators.
Ana joined Chaos' V-Ray for Revit team in 2016, where she took various roles. Currently, she is responsible for the product management. Ana is also a working architect with over 10 years experience in Autodesk Revit and BIM.
Chris Jung is a Design Director at ELS. Since joining ELS in 1992, Chris has worked on a variety of projects in education, entertainment/performing arts, sports and recreation, community and civic, and commercial/retail and mixed-use. His work on the recently opened Legends Aquatic Center at the University of California at Berkeley was honored with a design award from AIA East Bay, and his design for the East Oakland Sports Center has received awards from AIA San Francisco, AIA East Bay, and Athletic Business.
Danwei Wang joined ELS in 2017. A talented designer, he has played a significant role in the conceptual design and development of many ELS projects. His experience includes numerous large-scale projects in higher education, sports and recreation, performing arts, retail and mixed use as well as master-planning and healthcare. He brings innovative design ideas to both the building and detail scale. Danwei has designed and built projects in California, Washington, Arizona, and Tennessee, as well as in China.
Tracy Chan joined ELS as a Designer in 2014 and has worked on a variety of projects in sectors including education, sports and recreation, retail, arts and entertainment, and historic renovations. On an office-wide basis, she leads the BIM Resources group and the BIM/Revit sector of the Design Technology group to develop efficient workflows. Design-oriented with a technical background, Tracy facilitates projects through consultant coordination, drafting, and detailing, while also supporting senior staff by creating renderings, 3D models, inspiration boards, and visual communication diagrams.
Cherri Jeong joined ELS in 2019 and has a strong interest in cutting-edge design and visualization practices. She has worked on some of the firm’s most visible community recreation projects for cities and community colleges. Through her focus on making iterative design processes more efficient, Cherry identifies the graphic tools and resources needed to expand the office’s design standards and prepares BIM scripts for wider office use.
