What features are included in the free trial?
Throughout the trial you have access to the full version with all features of the product tier you chose during sign-up.
Can I cancel my trial at any time?
You can cancel your trial up to a day before the free trial expires in your My Chaos account
Is support available during the trial?
Yes, throughout the whole trial you have access to the Chaos support center where you can access an extensive FAQ section, a pool of learning resources and contact our support team.
Can I trial other Chaos products?
Yes, you can start a free trial on any other Chaos product - e.g. V-Ray or Enscape. We unfortunately do not offer a second trial for a higher or lower tier of the same product you chose to trial initially.
What happens when my trial ends?
When your trial ends, what happens next depends on your renewal settings:
Auto-Renewal ON: Your trial will automatically be converted into a subscription on the plan you chose during sign-up, and the credit card you provided will be charged. You’ll retain full access to all features without interruption.
Auto-Renewal OFF: Your trial will end and your credit card won’t be charged. You’ll lose access unless you decide to buy a licence.
