PARTICIPATION IN THE BLACK FRIDAY CAMPAIGN IS FOR ALL CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE A NEW ANNUAL V-RAY, PHOENIX OR CHAOS SCANS LICENSE (EXCL. ANNUAL LICENSES FOR  EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS) BETWEEN NOVEMBER 25 3PM EEST AND NOVEMBER 30 10AM EEST.

I. CHAOS BLACK FRIDAY CAMPAIGN

1. The organizer of the promo campaign is "CHAOS SOFTWARE LTD" EOOD., UIC 204662149, with head office and address: Mladost 1A, bl. 548, ent. B, Sofia 1729, Bulgaria ("Organizer").

2. The Organizer's decision to hold the Chaos Black Friday CAMPAIGN (“Promo Campaign”) under these rules is final and binding on the Organizer.

II. CAMPAIGN DURATION

3. The period during which Chaos clients can take advantage of the Promo Campaign starts on 25.11.2021 with a start time of 03:00 PM (EEST) and will continue until 30.11.2021 with an end time of 10:00 AM (EEST) unless there is a change according to paragraph 13. 

III. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMO ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN

4. Territory: worldwide, except for the countries where the Organizer may decide not to offer its products, as whole range or particular products only.

IV. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BLACK FRIDAY PROMO CAMPAIGN

5. Any customer who purchases an annual V-Ray, Phoenix or Chaos scans license (excl. Annual licenses for Educational products) in the timeframe set in section II will have the right to use the 20% off promo code as long as they are eligible according to section III and have followed the rules in section V. The Promo Campaign does not apply to active licenses and/or renewals. 

6. Participants are not required to be citizens of or reside on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

7. By participating in the Promo Campaign you expressly consent to Organizer's collection, processing and use of your personal information that you provide in connection with this promotion under the terms of Organizer's privacy policy, which can be accessed at /privacy.

V. RULES OF THE CHAOS BLACK FRIDAY CAMPAIGN

8. We are offering 20% off the 1st year of any commercial annual V-Ray, Phoenix or Chaos Scans license, incl. V-Ray Collection that will be purchased during the time period described in section II. The discount can be claimed via a single promo code that customers will be applying manually at checkout on the Chaos store. The offer only applies to new annual licenses for commercial V-Ray, Phoenix and Chaos Scans products. It does not apply to renewals, upgrades and annual licenses for educational products.
