How to redeem a Promotional Voucher

After you become a Chaos email subscriber you will receive exclusive promotional vouchers which can be redeemed to give you a special discount. Each voucher contains a unique 18 digit code that is entered during the checkout process.

Here is our quick guide on how to redeem these vouchers:

1. Shop Chaos and add product(s) to your Cart.

   NB. Promotional Vouchers cannot be redeemed on Sale Items.

   When selecting an item to redeem your Promotional Voucher on, select an item that does not have a crossed out price + new price.

2. Locate the unique promo code in the email newsletter.

3. Copy the 18 digit code.

   Highlight the code with your cursor then either right click on your mouse and copy or press CTRL-C).

4. Paste the code into the voucher code field in the checkout.

5. Click "redeem"

   The voucher amount will be deducted from the outstanding amount.

6. Complete checkout process.
