Log in to your account by entering your email address and password into the account login section. You can get to this section by selecting 'Log in' from the header navigation.
To confirm whether you are logged in, check the top right-hand side of the screen.
To logout, select the 'Logout' link from the header navigation.
In the My Account section you can change your details:
We will also keep track of your purchase history so that you can review your past purchases at a glance.
You can change your password at any time. Your old password must be entered to allow for this. If you cannot remember the password, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you hints as to what it may be. Like financial institutions we will not tell you your password over the phone or via email as this may not be secure. Your privacy is very important to us so please select a password hint that will genuinely remind you of your password.
Change your delivery details
To speed up the purchase process, members can provide saved delivery addresses to appear on the delivery page. Members can edit or delete an existing address and also enter new addresses in this area.

Your Purchase History can be found when you log onto your Chaos.com account under the My Recent Order section in My Account. This allows you to check all of the product, delivery and payment details for any purchases made whilst logged in as a member.
This allows you to confirm order details and track orders so you know whether your order has been dispatched yet and with which delivery service.
'On order' refers to an order that has been received and is being processed by our Operations team. An order that has been 'despatched', has left our distribution centre and is in the safe hands of one of our delivery partners.
