  ... PayPal Express Checkout?

  PayPal Exress Checkout is another convenient and fast way to transact on the site. To shop using PayPal Express Checkout, you must set up a PayPal account. You can do this once you've selected PayPal Express Checkout as your chosen payment method on the shopping cart page. Existing PayPal customers can easily checkout once they have selected their chosen items and added them to the shopping cart.

  ... Gift Vouchers?

  You may purchase any items that are greater than the value of your Gift Voucher by using your credit card to cover the additional cost.

  Chaos.com customers can track the balance of any Gift Vouchers they may have in My Account.

  Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed in the same currency that they were issued in. For example, if you have been given a Chaos gift voucher in US Dollars, then you must select US Dollars from the drop down menu in the top right hand corner and checkout in this currency. You will not be able to redeem your voucher in any other currency.

  ... Chaos.com Online Voucher?

  A:

  If you have received an Online Chaos.com Gift Voucher, be it on email or paper, you can redeem it by purchasing anything apart from other Gift Vouchers.

  Online vouchers will have 16 characters.

  Simply select the 'Use Online Gift Voucher' option in the payment section, enter the voucher code and your email address and we will process the payment. (If you have received your Chaos.com Gift Voucher by email - you must use this email address for security reasons).

Receipt & order confirmation

At the end of the payment process you will be presented with a confirmation screen containing your receipt number. This page can be printed for your reference.

You will also be sent an email confirming this receipt number as soon as your order has been finalised.
