How do I set up an Account?
A:
If this is your first time shopping at Chaos.com you will need to set up a new account. All customers require an account to purchase.
It only takes a couple of minutes and once registered you can start shopping straight away and it will save you time when you order in the future.
- Sign Up button located at the top of the page, or alternatively click here
- You will be asked to enter your email address as your username & password.
- Chaos.com customers have various functions available which can be accessed through your account page and set up.
- Once you have set up your account you will be required to Sign In before you can go shopping.
- You will receive a confirmation email that your account has been successfully set up and you will require to verify your account by clicking the link within the email.
- Every time you place an online order in the future, just enter your email address and password into the Login section and you are ready to order.
Please note: All information provided by customers is stored on our secure server and only used to enhance your shopping experience.

How do I shop with Chaos.com?
A:
Firstly choose your currency. Select from the dropdown menu in the top left hand corner. Then, imagine as you search for a product that you are carrying a shopping cart in which you can place the products you'd like to buy.
When you find a product you like, click on the 'Add to Cart' button or the icon with a shopping cart and that product will be placed in your Shopping Cart. Your shopping cart will appear on the top right had side of the page and display product you have added. At any time you can click on this box and it will take you directly to the shopping cart page.
