  What countries do you deliver to?

  Whomever you are buying for, Chaos.com will deliver most items to any address in the following countries:

  Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Bahamas, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Cook Islands, Denmark, Egypt, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Caledonia, Norfolk Island, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Samoa, San Marino, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Timor-Leste, United Kingdom and United States.

  Delivery times for international orders do vary and depend on destination. Please allow up to four weeks for international delivery for in stock items.

  What delivery options do you offer?

  Chaos.com’s delivery partner is Australia Post. Items can be delivered using Standard Delivery. Please note that that some items may be shipped from other locations from around the world and only standard delivery will apply to the item.

  If your order contains a number of items with different availability timeframes, we will ship each item as they become available – at no extra cost to you.

  How long does delivery take?

  A:

  Please note: These delivery times are from when items leave our warehouse.

  If your item is not in stock at the time of ordering, please also allow extra time according to the item’s availability (found on the product page).

  All times are quoted in working days.

  • AUSTRALIA - 3-10 days
  • US/UK - 14-21 Days
  • Rest Of the World - 14-28 Days

  Should you experience significant delays, we ask that you first check thoroughly with your local post office for your parcel.
