'Albertine' is the follow up to her hugely successful debut album, 'What To Do With Daylight', which was 7 x platinum and spawned four #1 airplay hits in her native NZ as well as earning her a slew of awards, while in Australia 20,000 albums. Brooke brings to this album a new maturity and sophistication, injecting her life experiences over the last few years into her songs, from traveling and performing around the world, relocating to Australia and the profound effect of her visits to Africa.

Recorded at Track Record in North Hollywood, the studio built by Emmylou Harris, the album was produced by Marshall Altman(a recording artist and former Columbia Records A&R director) with a band that have played for some of the biggest stars including Gwen Stefani, Alanis Morrisette, John Mayer and more.

Since it's release in NZ 'Albertine' has been certified triple platinum and the lead single was still number one in the airplay charts after 3 months.
